Middle School Softball
from Coach Stewart
The Middle School Softball team is wrapping up their season. They have one game left on Monday at home vs. Fort Bend! Come out and cheer them on at 4:30! We are proud of all the hard work these ladies have put in this season!
The Lady Pioneers took down the Bay Area Broncos Thursday 10-4. On the mound, Aley Garza took control with 6 strikeouts, 4 of them looking! Several of the runs were stopped by the great glove work of the infield and outfield, Lily Chouke and Julia Gianchini both with great pop fly catchers. The girls bats were hot too: the team was led by Julia Gianchini and Katelyn Bilski both with RBI hits to help the Lady Pioneers to take the lead in the 2nd inning.

The coaches have see their confidence soar and the team has come together and rallied around each other when they need a pick me up during a game. As we wrap up, we hope that they learned, not just about how to play but how to also be a good teammate.

The Parents vs Player game will take place on the softball field on Thursday, April 15 from 5:30-6:30. Come out and cheer both teams on as we wrap up the season.
